Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

noirledger is a private desktop application used by its operator to manage the operator's own YouTube channels (NOIR LEDGER). This policy explains what data the app accesses through Google sign-in and what happens with it.

Who is responsible

Silas Nutz, trading as Mandavo Softwareentwicklung, Daimlerstraße 50, 74211 Leingarten, Germany – hello@mandavotech.com. Full details in the Legal Notice.

YouTube API Services

noirledger uses YouTube API Services. By authorising the app you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Data the app accesses

When a Google account is connected, noirledger can access the following for the YouTube channel selected during sign-in:

The app does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any Google data outside YouTube.

How the data is used

The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not used to build profiles of viewers.

Storage

noirledger has no server. Sign-in tokens and downloaded statistics are stored in files on the operator's own computer. Statistics are kept as long as the corresponding project exists; sign-in tokens are kept until access is revoked or the token file is deleted.

Sharing

Data is not shared with third parties, with one exception: aggregated statistics and public comments on the operator's own videos may be processed with an AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) to produce a written evaluation. Sign-in tokens are never passed on.
